Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using FastEditor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
A FastEditor purchase grants you a personal or business license to use the native Windows application according to the purchase terms. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where allowed by law.
3. Payments and delivery
Payments are processed by the checkout provider shown at purchase. License delivery, receipts, taxes, and refunds may be handled through that provider and the policy presented during checkout. FastEditor's own refund guarantee is set out in section 9 below.
4. Updates and support
FastEditor may provide minor updates and email support as described on the pricing page. Feature availability, release timing, and support response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use FastEditor and for the files you open, edit, compare, or process. Do not use the software in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Warranty disclaimer
FastEditor is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastEditor and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or business interruption.
8. Contact & seller identity
FastEditor is developed and sold as an independent software product. For questions about these terms, purchases, or refunds, contact support@getfasteditor.com. Payments are processed by Polar.sh.
9. Refund policy
FastEditor offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support@getfasteditor.com within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Polar.sh.
