FastEditor is a native desktop editor. The application is designed to work with your local files and does not require an Electron, .NET, or Java runtime.

If you contact support, you may provide your name, email address, purchase information, screenshots, logs, or sample files needed to resolve your request.

3. Purchases

Payments are processed by Polar.sh, a third-party payment provider. FastEditor does not collect or store your payment card details. Polar.sh acts as the merchant of record and their privacy policy governs payment data processing. FastEditor is sold as an independent software product by FastEditor.

4. Local files

Files you open in FastEditor remain on your device unless you choose to share them. Avoid sending confidential files to support; use sanitized samples whenever possible.

5. Website and third-party services

The website may load third-party scripts for checkout or delivery. Those services may process data according to their own privacy terms.

6. Retention

Support messages and purchase-related records may be retained as needed to provide support, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product.
